Afam, great photographic work as usual! Is this by-pass at the Chime junction end of Enugu-Abakaliki road or the old airport road. I think a by-pass to easily connect Chime Ave. from Enugu-Abakaliki road when you are coming from the airport into Enugu will solve a lot of traffic issues.
